Labour law

Anne-Laure’s practice focuses on labour law, both in the area of individual and collective relations. In this capacity, she advises, assists and where necessary, represents employees (managers and non-managers) and employers (companies, associations, groups, etc.) before the Labour Courts and the Courts of Appeal, both in mainland France and in overseas territories. Anne-Laure also lectures at the Paris Bar School in the ” Labour procedure techniques” and ” Employment law consulting” modules.

About

Anne-Laure holds a postgraduate degree in labour law from the University of Bordeaux IV and an LLB from the University of Kent (UK). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004 and began her career in the labour law departments of French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, before practising as an individual and joining Harbour Avocats.

Management of individual or collective conflicts (negotiated departure: conventional rupture, transaction…)

Representation in labour court proceedings (Conseil de prud’hommes) or in the Court of Appeal from the time the case is referred to the court until the decision is enforced

Industry sectors

All collective agreements, in particular those for banking, financial companies, design offices (Syntec), wholesale trade, construction, industry, service providers, clothing, etc.
