Intellectual property

Bénédikte works in the field of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain names). She assists her clients in the protection and enhancement of their intellectual property rights, whether this involves the overall management of their portfolio or administrative or legal proceedings. She also assists her clients in the negotiation and drafting of intellectual property agreements (licenses, assignments, co-ownership agreements, coexistence agreements, etc.).

Bénédikte is bilingual in French and English.

About

Bénédikte holds a master’s degree in private law and a postgraduate degree in industrial property law from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002. After having successively practised with renowned French and Anglo-Saxon law firms such as Dubarry Le Douarin Veil and Bird & Bird, Bénédikte set up her own structure in 2011 and is a founding member of Harbour Avocats.
